Timeout when loading Discord data #3359

Describe the bug
As of July 23rd, it takes hours instead of minutes to load Discord data.

Steps to reproduce
What sequence of actions results in this error? e.g.:

Go to any GitHub repo using the SourceCred GitHub plugin.
Click on "Actions"
Scroll down to and compare execution time before and after July 23rd.
See "Rate limit reached" error in the log.

Expected behavior
It should not take hours to load Discord data.
