Identity Page Redesign - Table

IDENTITIES TABLE:
This ticket is for the redesign of the identities list/table ONLY. The attached designs show the final state of the identities page as well as the first iterations.

• This will require refactoring the identities list so it is a table component instead of a list (which will allow for easier pagination and sorting)
• This also adds a column that indicates whether a user has a payout address configured or not (not necessary for MVP - we may want to wait until on-chain grain is a usable feature).
• Users can sort by name, payout address status, or active status
• Adds pagination on the bottom of the table
