Confusing display of delegate voting power #867

Delegate votes to another account on the mango dao. Then look at the "Your Account" box on the main ui page for the account that was delegated to:

The delegated votes amount, MNGO locked of the delegated account shows at the top under "Votes"
In the "Your Delegates" section further down the "Community Votes" number stays at 0, no matter whether "Your own account" or the delegated account is selected in the "Selected Delegate" dropdown.

I think it would be clearer if the delegates dropdown only affected the values in the "Your Delegates" section?
