目前的模块部署到基座要么依赖安装的ackctl命令。实际操作上要么在IDEA执行，虽然也还算便捷，但是开发还是要进行ackctl等一系列环境的安装和准备。如果能提供一个idea插件方式，让模块部署就像常规的boot应用一样启动后就完成部署基座，这个体验会更好
