Installing vervet with Go toolchain results in version set to develop #170

After install vervet using the Go toolchain, the version returned is the default develop.

$ go install github.com/snyk/vervet/v4/cmd/vervet@v4.6.1
$ vervet --version
vervet version develop

It should return vervet version v4.6.1
