The partial remediation-css could not be found

installed in snyk/snyk:node-14 with command npm install snyk-to-html -g

installed package version: snyk-to-html@2.3.6

then executed this command: snyk-to-html -i results.json --actionable-remediation -o results_actionable.html

which results in the message: The partial remediation-css could not be found

please help
