Describe the bug

The use of wrapper with use rule ... as ... with is incompatible.

rule A:
    output:
        "out.1.fq",
        "out.2.fq",
    wrapper:
        "bio/trimmomatic/pe"

use rule A as B with:
    output:
        "out.fq",
    wrapper:
        "bio/trimmomatic/se"
