"Why is https://docs.rs/aws-smithy-async/1.1.4/aws_smithy_async/future/pagination_stream/struct.PaginationStream.html# not an actual Stream?" is a common question and we should include this directly in the docs.

Since Stream is 0.x, we can't expose 0.x dependencies in a 1.0 library. PaginationStreamExt
