Error in spiderfoot database table

we can see the actual table name is tbl_scan_instance and at many places, the same name has been used to reference the table tbl_scan_instance, but table tbl_scan_correlation_results references a table with a spelling mistake that is (tbl_scan_instances). which causes an error when we try to manually delete records from the database.
If you can provide an application stack trace that is even better.
