/libs/debug.tpl has PHPCompatibility Warning in v3.1.48？want resolve it !

hi there.always grateful for your help.
i replace smarty v3.0.6 to v3.1.48 and use phpcs with PHPCompatibility.(on PHP8.2...)
phpcs catch warning.
but i can't understand cause of error.

Looks like you are using a PHP code sniffer (phpcs) to analyze a Smarty file (.tpl). That makes no sense. Use phpcs only for .php files.
