Disable BlockControlStructureSpacing before structures

As you pointed out, BlockControlStructureSpacing sniff enforces spaces after but also before structures.

Is there a way to disable the "before" part of it? I only found linesCountBeforeControlStructure which enforces concrete amount of spaces.
