How can we request a file input from a user using the File Input element on a modal?

I'm working on creating some features on my Slackbot that require me to receive files from a slack user in a Modal/View. I've been looking through the repo, but it looks like slack-go might not support this yet.

I'm wondering if anyone is already working on this, or if someone has gotten around this? Here is the Slack API documentation on this element.
