Develop stuff using Docker on Vultr extremely quickly

This tool is unfinished and not ready for public consumption, here's whats left to do:

Development

• Get iPXE script working
• Templating inside of iPXE script
• Upload script to Vultr
• Environment paramenters
• Global env path and CLI options
• Auto launch instance with sizing
• Partition and Alpine install
• Docker install and expose, firewall
• Credentials and feedback into CLI for config
• Destroy

Deployment

• Use url chainloading for deployments
• APKOVL support
• Monitoring (netdata?)
• DNS
• More???
