Error during "Creating release draft on GitHub" step

Description

Latest version of np, trying to publish a org package, all steps go through but the latest step "Creating release draft on GitHub" fails with error "→ spawn ENAMETOOLONG"

Expected behavior

np create a release draft on github successfully

This is missing some reproducibility information. What repo are you trying this on? It might be the same as #501, but Windows-related
