add sub-directories to the recipe topics folders

should we implement sub-directions for the recipe topics folder to allow multi-page oriented content/documents? if so what do ya'll think it should look like?

example content that would benefit:

• reloaders - shotgun, rerun, reloader
• partial implementations - simple, intermediate, advanced, beginner

Will the "reloaders" and "partial implementations" get a top level location next to Databases, Deployment etc? Or will these sub-directories be inside the existing folders ( Development and Helpers respectively?)

inside existing folders... so existing folders are "directories", and folders within them are "sub-directores"

@zzak suggested it to keep the recipes from getting too long, but to allow us to group them, since they are related and the relationship is not inconsequential
