The library will work fine under POWER systems, but it will not benefit from SIMD acceleration. We should fix that.

(Note that I am deliberately waiting for the library to be complete before going to POWER.)

@WojciechMula I do. Didn't I give you access? Anyhow. Yes. I do. POWER9. It was an expensive purchase. :-(

I have begun the work. It not terribly difficult but it will require hours of work.
