Project-base test NewProductTest is not runnable separately

It is not possible to run this test independently (without running all Smoke tests). After the last update to v11 it is no longer possible. This test passes when run with other smoke tests, but fails on setup when run separately:

Booting the kernel before calling "Symfony\Bundle\FrameworkBundle\Test\WebTestCase::createClient()" is not supported, the kernel should only be booted once.
