There is a little issue about the update of departments on local storage:
After creating new departments and deleting the "General" one, some users still had the "General" department, wich lead to a bug where they couldn't create a ticket (since the department didn't longer exist).

At the moment, only two users seemed to have the issue, the other ones have been updated correctly.

Fixed it by deleting localStorage on their navigator and refreshing the page, but I thought it would be nice for you to be aware of it.
