If you specify the optional argument to the --devtools option the whole opt parser will corrupt the remaining args not being able to open a URL if passed in.

This is related with rust-lang/getopts#104.

Depending on how it that gets resolved servo will either need to upgrade to a newer version of getops or change the description of the --devtools parameter.
