Demo build fails -- cannot download pdf-js

Attempting to follow the instructions results in a failed build.

The instructions say to change to demo/native and run cargo run --release, however that appears to fail:

I am not sure why you got a ssh dependency there.
The pdf repo uses

pdf_encoding = "0.1.0"

So that should work just fine.
