do you mean adding latest to docker? Because labeling docker images with latest is not recommended (there are a lot of entries about this). Which is the use case for this?

Sorry for the lack of clarity, could we mark the 7.3.0.0 release as the latest? Logstash 7.X has been around long enough that It seems fair to consider 7.X.X.X releases as the latest. Does that make sense?
