Main tasks to complete before initial publish

This issue tracks our progress with the development of the new website.
It used to be in sequelize/sequelize#13914, but it makes more sense to move it here.

• Split typedocs from docusaurus
• Fix duplicate readme (typedoc adds a copy of it as the api root)
• Finish migrating existing markdown documents
• Figure out how this will integrate with older versions of the doc (@sdepold?)
• Add a version switch
• Add a warning on v7 stating that it's still in alpha + link to v6
• Support having two versions of TypeDoc (one for v6, one for v7)
• Migrate v7 documentation to docs repository
• Migrate v6 documentation to docs repository

FWIW: I'll also rework the way we deploy and we need to configure DNS. Will need to find out where we actually bought the domain and how to configure it. But we'll find out :)
