Why is beta prerelease version behind latest release version? Should't it adopt the next version? #3276
-
What would cause this? Latest release is v3.15.0. Prerelease is v3.11.0-beta.1. My configuration.

semantic-release analyzes commits in the release branch it is acting on. it does not act across branches. whether the prerelease should factor in the stable version or not is up to you. if you think it should, you need to merge the other branch into the pre-release branch |
