TypeError: minimatch is not a function

Current behavior

When I try to execute the command "npx run semantic-release" in my pipeline, I encounter an unexpected error that appears as "TypeError: minimatch is not a function." This error usually indicates a problem related to using an unknown or undefined function in my code.

Expected behavior

When I am not using GitLab CI and simply run the command 'npx semantic-release' locally, it works without any issues.

you should not use the run keyword with npx

as your log shows, npx is interpreting run as a package name and downloading and executing a package named run
