Hi,
sorry if this is inappropriate place for this request, however are there any plans for tagging PHPUnit 5.7.24?
Various libraries which uses PHPUnit (and still supports PHP 5.6) are working on Symfony 4 support, however, latest PHPUnit 5.7 requires symfony/yaml 3.x. The change in composer.json was already merged to 5.7 branch three weeks ago (#2822), however no new version has been tagged since (which is understandable, considering no other changes were made and there is no active development on the 5.7 branch).
But if its not against PHPUnit release process (which I guess is not?), new release would really unblock us and allow us to continue in preparing for Symfony 4 (which should be releases quite soon).

Thanks for consideration 👍
