Description

numpydoc appends a randomized number at the end of references link tags.
Related to issue #9417 and pull request #9420.

The issue is, a random number is generated even after making all duplicate tags unique.

Check out this link for Rouseeuw tags.

The referred links have been fixed now. I have looked for some new examples and I cannot find any. This does not mean that the issue is no longer there but, as this is a numpydoc limitation, I think we should include this problem in the more general related in #4344. For that reason I'm closing this issue. Feel free to ping me if I 'm misunderstanding.
