The development team doesn't have the permissions to create a GitHub project and cannot use the integrated backlog tools.
@adrinjalali can you grant permission to me @JulienRoussel77 to create projects?

@JulienRoussel77 you have the highest level permission on this repo. I'm not sure what other permission I can give you.
