Navigation buttons for iPad

Detailed Description

Using an iPad to do volume annotations works great with Webknossos. However, when maximizing one viewport, it is very hard to navigate to the next section. I would propose to add some floating buttons (e.g. in the lower left screen) for forward and backward navigation.
