Kubernetes Authorization via Open Policy Agent

Hi
Basically I am trying to implement a kubernetes role which has access for all namespaces except kube-system(namespace).
I have followed this document. And i have created a opa policy as mentioned in the document.
And I just want to know how to attach the opa policy to a authorization role.
