Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'd love to be able to define per blueprint to what template directory it looks.

For example:
I have a Blueprint for admin pages (/admin), which holds some templates (/admin/templates). Currently it looks at the front-end template directory (/templates) and I'd prefer to keep the templates for the admin part in the admin directory.

Describe the solution you'd like

The Blueprint object has an argument called "url_prefix", I'd love to see "template_folder" as well.

Additional context

Thank you guys very much for the work, Sanic is dope.

To add on this: it would also be great if the same functionality would be implemented but with the static folder.
