bug: diff dragging does not keep up with mouse, !chrome

Describe your issue

When you drag the diff control left or right, it does not keep up with the mouse. It moves maybe 1/4 of what the mouse does on Mac/Firefox. Mac/Safari is closer to what you'd expect, but still not quite. Chrome works perfectly.

Hi,
I'm seeing the same problem with Daisy 4.6.0 in Win/Firefox (121.0.1) but not in Win/chrome (120.0.6099).
I have disabled all Browser extensions to test this. The Problem still exists.
