Current focus is working on ndarray version: 0.16
Explanation: Let's work on new features, allowing some breaking changes. Note that we try to use deprecations or smooth transitions for our users.

Point releases (0.x.y+1) mean that the focus is on bug fixes and minor features.
Minor releases (0.x+1.0) happen when we want to make breaking changes.
