ByteStream trait impl docs link to the wrong traits #1987

Stream in impl Stream for Bytestream links to futures 0.1 Stream but in reality it is a futures 0.3.21 Stream (at least in rusoto 0.48).

It would be nice to fix this, I spent a bunch of time research compat layers thinking thats why I was getting "Stream is not implemented for ByteStream" but it was just a micro version mismatch.
