See #1651 — it's my assumption @matthewkmayer would like this handed off.

@rusoto/rusoto: if anybody wants their contact info here let me know, otherwise I'll make a PR and put myself down, with the Amazon Open Source office's code of conduct contact as a backup assuming that office is fine with it. (Usual disclaimer that this is not an Amazon project nor am I attempting to make it one with this proposal, but I think this makes sense here)
