ansi_term is a dependency of tracing-subscriber, which is only used by ruma-server-util and ruma-state-res.

Tracking the following to unblock this;

• RUSTSEC-2021-0139: ansi_term is Unmaintained tokio-rs/tracing#2282
• build(deps): use nu-ansi-term to replace ansi_term tokio-rs/tracing#2040

This is not blocked anymore, tracing-subscriber v0.3.16 has been released with nu-ansi-term.
