gem install <package> 404 Not Found, Error: Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError

Hello all.

My problem is quite simple.

Environment

1. Windows 64-bit
2. Using Git-Bash in VSCode
3. Ruby 3.2.0 + devkit installed from rubyinstaller.org

Problem

1. run gem install bundler provides this error message:

Sorry I'm very late. Yes I figured it out. Removing gemrc at C:\Users<your username\ worked for me.
