PID file options appear to not work

Looks like this was merged in but was it every deployed? Can we get a new push to rubygems if gemstash isn't up to date?

 gemstash start --pidfile=test.pid

Ensuring the option works for you (even if there is no Rubygems release yet): Perhaps you can try the https://github.com/rdp/specific_install gem, to try whether the gemstash option you would like to use works the way you want
