Is there a cop to favor keyword style arguments as an alternative to explicit hashes?

[alex-tan]

def a(test, something = nil)
end

a({ b: 1})

# would be corrected to

a(b: 1)

a({ b: 1}, second_argument) # This would not be corrected because it can't be done?
