Fix an incorrect auto-correct for StringConcatenation when concat string includes double quote and interpolation.

This PR will resolve following problem.

'"bar"' + foo

after rubocop -A

""bar"#{foo}"

""bar"#{foo}" should be "\"bar\"#{foo}"
