Support auto-correction for Style/SoleNestedConditional

This PR supports auto-correction for Style/SoleNestedConditional.

Part of auto-correction of indentation will be left to other Layout cop.

Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:

• The PR relates to only one subject with a clear title and description in grammatically correct, complete sentences.
