Reference:

When continue is encountered, the current iteration is terminated, returning control to the loop head, typically continuing with the next iteration.

@matklad Thanks for adding this. This will be included in the next version of Rouge, v3.25.0. That's scheduled for release on Tuesday 10 November.

The `continue` keyword is missing from the list of keywords. This
commit adds it.
