wtfpl.org license uses offensive language that is probably hindering a wider adoption of the library. Can we use better language?

next version dual licensed with apache 2.
hope the lawyers will be satisfied :( let us not forget, we're developers not lawyers nor robots, there's no place for blind compliance imho
