Uploads slow from build VM

This is more a reminder for myself: Release uploads from my build VM are idiotically slow (twine upload ...), same uploads works normally from my laptop (same OS, different CPU).

First tests:

• Twine upload uploads at low kB/s in the VM, while it uploads at MB/s on my laptop
• Speedtests.net results for uploads are similar in the VM, but downloads are significantly slower in the VM than on the host machine (20 MB/s vs. 80 MB/s) [both with VM interface coupled to ethernet and to WiFi)
• Traffic shaping is off for the VM network interface

Fixed the download speed difference by upgrading the virtual machine hardware settings in Fusion (from 10.15 compatible to 11.0 compatible).
