Description
This refines the logic implemented in #2863 by adding caching to the reexport resolution which is also used to prevent cycles. Furthermore it changes the test added in #2863 to use the original example as the test was still green without the implemented code-changes (Nevertheless the core issue WAS fixed by the patch).
