Note that this project uses babel-loader only for using react-hot-loader

They have not upgraded yet - gaearon/react-hot-loader#1043 . I'll keep an eye on it.

Due to ts namespace issue of @babel/preset-typescript (babel/babel#8244), the recommended setting is not integrated yet.
