Fork the repo.

Run the tests. Run
rakeor openopen test/index.html. We only take pull requests with passing tests, and it's great to know that you started from a clean slate. -
Add a test for your change. Only refactoring and documentation change require no new tests. If you are adding functionality or fixing a bug, we need a test!

Make the test pass.

Push to your fork (hopefully this comes from a topical branch) and submit a pull request.
