Update package-lock.json files for validator upgrade

Reasons for making this change

Update package-lock.json files that were out-of-date related to the switch to validator-ajv8

• Running npm-ci for each of these directories complained they package.json and package-lock.json were out of sync
  • Ran npm install to sync them
