I’ve used semantic-release with Travis and it works pretty well, building & publishing new versions when you push.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t support GitHub Actions natively yet (semantic-release/semantic-release#974).
Per this comment, we should investigate https://github.com/cycjimmy/semantic-release-action.
It’d be easy for me to play around but I’m sure I’ll keep running into org permission issues so I’ll just file it here for now and release by hand.
