Isolated commit releases

Hi, fantastic project.

Request:
Is there a way in which to mark a specific pull request so that it will draft multiple releases, with said pull request being isolated in its own release (e.g. by label)?

The rational is for higher-risk changes to be deployable in isolation.
If not, is this something feasible to be as feature request?
