Funky bug when logging out, switching keplr addresses and wanting to log back in

When I log out of one keplr account, then switch the accounts in keplr, I am getting the account switcher warning and then the keplr prove account ownership popup is coming up over and over (this last part is not happening on the regular dev url instead of the deploy preview url I was testing this on). At the very least, if the user is logged out, then they shouldn't see the account switcher popup.
